Creative Food Stylist for Advertising

I'm a food stylist specialising in high-end commercial campaigns for television, content and photography campaigns internationally. 

With 20+ years of experience in the industry I bring culinary authenticity and commercial precision to high-end advertising campaigns, editorial features, and branded content. 

I see food styling as storytelling. Every plate, every texture, every colour choice. Whether that's selling luxury, comfort, health, or just pure indulgence. 

My work is grounded in taste, heritage, and unexpected beauty. I approach each brief with fresh eyes and genuine curiosity, working as a creative partner and collaborative problem-solver with agencies, production companies, and brands. 

My culinary foundation was built in Paris, working with some of the world's most respected chefs like Alain Ducasse, Pierre Hermé, Joël Robuchon, and Thierry Marx. Living and working across France, Italy, and the United States gave me a deep understanding of culinary history, regional authenticity, and the cultural nuances that make food resonate across different audiences. 

Before Food Styling, I trained formally at Watford College in Creative Advertising and worked at global London advertising agencies for a number of years, learning the discipline of authentic creativity. 

I've collaborated with production companies including Black Sheep, Somesuch, Blink, Pulse Films, Outsider, Academy Films and Rogue Films and many many more, worked with agencies including Mother , Wieden+Kennedy, BBH, Adam&EveDDB, M&C Saatchi, VCCP to name just a few. 

My clients include British Airways, McDonald’s, Waitrose, Dr Oetker, KFC, Burger King, Philadelphia, Birds Eye, Findus, Goodfella’s, Turkish Airlines, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Arla, Castello, Ferrero, Nestlé, Sainsbury’s, Coleman’s, Just Eat, Tesco, Bosch, Rewe (DE), Migros Switzerland, Almarai (UAE) , Crystal (UAE), Danone, Land Rover, Saudi Airlines and more.

Recipe Development & creating and testing original recipes for brands, campaigns, and editorial projects is also something I love to do. Recipes that look stunning, taste exceptional, and are easily reproducible for production or consumers. 

Creative Direction & Concepting food narratives for campaigns too. Working with brands and agencies alike, from brief to execution. 

I work in English, French, and Italian, making international productions seamless. I'm based in London and available for projects globally.

My personal work explore the emotional and sensory dimensions of food—concepts like ASMR, the connection between eating and human emotion, and the playful, unexpected aspects of cooking. My film Unwrapped won Best Short Film at the Matera Arts Film Festival in Italy in 2021. 

I'm a published food author. My book Avec Un Nuage de Lait, S'il Vous Plaît was released in France. Contributor to À La Table de L'Histoire (a respected exploration of historical banquets from antiquity to the modern day) and many publications and books, including Marie Claire and Madame Figaro.
